We ship all items by DHL or International Express Mail by Japan Post within 3 days after payment is made. Courier is decided by the location we ship to.

We do not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on shipping label or customs forms.

We pay actual shipping cost and please let us know when you want to combine shipping.

We cannot ship items or reply to messages on Tuesdays, Sundays and National Holidays in Japan time (Office Closed).
